WEFOLDIT hires foldable event units, also known as event containers or festival containers, for production, dressing rooms, hospitality, bars and sales at festivals, concerts and sports events. Each unit is 6 x 2.45 metres, available for hire from £275 per week, unfolds on site and is operational within a day. Ten units fit on one lorry, which means transport and CO2 are approximately 80 per cent lower than with separate shipping containers or traditional construction. You arrange everything through one party: transport, installation, dismantling and branding in your house style, from Veenendaal in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Folded, up to 10 units fit on one transport, sharply cutting trips and CO2 compared with traditional building. On top of that, most event applications need no building permit, which greatly simplifies your preparation.

What is an event unit?
An event unit is a foldable, reusable space of 6 x 2.45 m that unfolds on site. The same building block becomes backstage, a dressing room, a bar, a sales point, hospitality or a production space, depending on the fit-out. Folded, ten fit on one truck; on site you couple and stack them into the space your event needs.
Which unit for which purpose?
Start with the function and the number of people. For artists and crew: lockable dressing and production rooms. For sales: a bar or merchandise unit that is up fast. For guests and sponsors: hospitality, single or double deck with a roof terrace and stairs, with glass walls or a stretch tent for a premium look. Not sure? A unit is available for hire from €325 per week. The total price depends on the number of units, single or double deck, fit-out and branding, the hire period and the transport distance. A single bar unit for a weekend is priced differently from a double-deck hospitality deck; you get a tailored quote.

How many units are needed for a backstage or production structure?
You decide: it depends on the number of crew members and artists and the functions you need, such as dressing rooms, production, control and catering. One fitted dressing-room unit comfortably accommodates four people. Provide the location, date and the spaces you need, and we will work out the configuration for you.
Can a unit be fully branded in our house style?
Yes, every unit can be fully branded from façade to interior. Banner frames above or around the units carry fabric in your house style; we also fit out the interior according to your wishes. Your audience will recognise your brand immediately and the styling will enhance your event.
Do you also deliver in Belgium and Germany?
Yes, WEFOLDIT operates from Veenendaal in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the rest of Europe. References include BELL Helmets at the MXGP in Lommel (Belgium) and Iron Dames at the 24 Hours of Spa. The transport distance is included in the quotation.

For Backbone we built a floating stage on the water by the Erasmus Bridge during the World Port Days in Rotterdam.
