Modular stand hire instead of single-use stand construction
With traditional stand construction you have a stand built that is often disposed of after one show. Modular stand hire works the other way round: you hire building blocks that we configure differently, expand or reduce for each show. You pay for the hire period, assembly is completed in one day instead of several days, and the same appearance returns at every show.
Reusable trade show stand
Our units are modular. This means you can easily adapt, expand or reduce a stand for a subsequent show. Smart, flexible and cost-saving: you deploy the same stand repeatedly, in a new form.
Trade show stand with upper floor or VIP deck
If your stand space is small, build upwards. The units are stackable to create a stand with two levels: reception, demonstration or sales below, a quiet deck above for conversations or hospitality, with stairs and railings. For a stand with upper floor we supply the structural calculations required by the exhibition organisers. This gives you extra floor space without hiring additional stand area.
Indoor and outdoor
The same units work on the exhibition floor inside the hall and outside at a trade event or demonstration day. Inside, the stand fits the stand dimensions and assembly times of the hall; outside you choose glass walls or a stretch tent for appearance and shelter. From one unit as reception or sales point to a stand on two levels with roof terrace for hospitality above the crowds.
What does trade show stand hire cost?
A unit is available for hire from £325 per week. What your stand ultimately costs depends on the number of units, with or without upper floor, the specification (glass walls, stretch tent, furnishings, branding), the hire duration and the transport distance. Because ten folded units fit on one lorry, transport remains manageable even with a larger stand. Provide location, date and stand dimensions, and you will receive a tailored quotation.
Trade show stands we built
For Holmatro a WEFOLDIT stand was built at Interschutz in Hanover, the international trade fair for fire services and emergency services. For Toyota and Lexus we built a glass stand on two levels at Circuit Zandvoort, with a showroom below and a lounge above. And for machinery manufacturer JLG a stand on two levels with hospitality at an outdoor demonstration event, among the aerial work platforms and telehandlers.

Yes. WEFOLDIT operates from Veenendaal in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the rest of Europe. The transport distance is included in the quotation.
Can I also purchase the units?
Yes, the units are available for hire and purchase. If you deploy them several times each year, purchasing may be more economical.
