U18 Beach Volleyball World Championships The Hague: multifunctional units alongside the courts

For Athvance Sports we delivered a series of foldable units during the FIVB Beach Volleyball U18 World Championships in The Hague, deployed in multiple ways. Right between the beach volleyball courts we built a complete event infrastructure with a perfect view of the matches.

What we built: double-decker VIP decks with a roof terrace, stairs and railing, with a direct view over the courts, production areas on the ground floor, rest areas for athletes and crew, and a branded information, ticket and accreditation unit.

All units were fully branded in the style of the tournament, with large orange banners from FIVB, Nevobo and The Hague, among others. This way the infrastructure itself became part of the experience and appearance of the event.
