What data we process
When you fill in the quote form, we process your name, company, email, phone number and the details of your request. With your consent, we also process data about your visit and the campaign you came from via cookies.
What we use it for
To answer your request and prepare a quote, to contact you and, with consent, to improve and measure our site and marketing.
Cookies and measurement
We only set analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads via Google Tag Manager, using Consent Mode v2) after you have given consent. Refusing is as easy as accepting. Necessary cookies for the operation of the site are always set.
Sharing with others
We only share data with parties that help us deliver the service, such as our email and hosting partners and, with consent, Google. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. TODO(klant): confirm processors.
Retention and your rights
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent. To do so, email info@wefoldit.nl. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority.
