Hospitality in motorsport
For Iron Dames we built a double-storey hospitality structure at the 24 Hours of Spa, and for MotoE in Barcelona 48 foldable units for paddock and hospitality. Racing driver Laura van den Hengel calls it "some of the best hospitality units and paddock structures in motorsport".
What does hiring a hospitality unit cost?
You can hire a unit from 325 euros per week; a double-storey VIP unit with rooftop deck from 7,500 euros, depending on location and hire period. Transport, assembly and dismantling come on top; because ten units fit on one lorry, that part remains limited. Yes. All units can be fully branded, inside and outside, so the space is immediately recognisable as your brand.
Do you also work abroad?
Yes. We have built in Spa, Barcelona, Hamburg and Lommel, amongst others. Because ten units fit on one lorry, transport remains manageable even over longer distances.

For the MotoE in Barcelona, WEFOLDIT supplied 48 foldable units. With these we built paddock structures for the teams, a double-deck hospitality with roof terrace and views over the track, plus office and production spaces. The result: a compact, fully branded paddock environment that was ready on time within the tight race weekend schedule.

Double-decker hospitality with roof terrace for Stadsfestival Amersfoort
For Stadsfestival Amersfoort 2026 we supplied 28 folding units. With them we built 2 double-decker VIP structures with roof terrace, bar units on the ground floor and separate merchandise and production spaces. The result: full roof terraces and busy bars on one compact footprint.
