WEFOLDIT supplies paddock units, hospitality and VIP decks for motorsport and sporting events: foldable units of 6 x 2.45 metres that are ready at the pace of a race weekend, fully in team colours or sponsor branding, single or double-deck with roof terrace and track view. Ten units fit on a lorry, assembly is completed in a day, and a unit is available for hire from 325 euros per week. We were the regular supplier to the MotoE Grand Prix and built for Iron Dames at the 24 Hours of Spa, BELL Helmets at the MXGP in Lommel and Queen and King of the Court in Hamburg.

The units prove themselves beyond the race track too: hospitality and dressing rooms for beach volleyball world tournaments, sports events and stadium shows. Athletes, sponsors and the public each get their own space, placed quickly on sand, grass or asphalt.

What works in the paddock
In the paddock every square metre counts. A double-deck layout doubles the usable space without extra ground area: for Iron Dames at the 24H of Spa the ground floor served as a fan and sales area and the upper floor as a simulator room with a roof terrace. Decide up front which function leads, brand every visible panel and plan for sturdy stairs, a balustrade on the roof terrace and a neat entrance.
What does motorsport hospitality cost?
A unit is available for hire from €325 per week. A double-deck VIP unit with a roof terrace, glass walls and full branding costs more than a single unit; the number of units, the hire period and the distance to the circuit also count. With your site plan and the date we prepare a tailored quote.

Allow one unit of 6 x 2.45 metres per function: reception, lounge, kitchen or storage, dressing room. A team hospitality typically requires four to eight units, with a double-deck if ground space is limited. Provide the paddock layout and dates, and we will work out the configuration and prepare a quotation.
How quickly can a paddock structure be erected?
Usually in a day. Because the units fold together, assembly fits within the tight windows of a race weekend.
What does a double-deck VIP unit with roof terrace cost?
Units are available for hire from €325 per week. The total price depends on the number of units, specification, hire period and transport distance.
Can the units be in team colours?
Yes, all units can be fully branded, so your team or sponsor has a recognisable presence in the paddock.
Do I need a permit?
For most applications no building permit is required. For larger or double-deck constructions we provide the necessary structural calculations.
Do you also deliver in Belgium and Germany?
Yes. WEFOLDIT works from Veenendaal in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the rest of Europe. Transport distance is included in the quotation.
Can I also buy the units?
Yes, the units are available for hire and purchase. If you use them several times a year, buying may be more cost-effective.
