Two-storey hospitality structure for Iron Dames during the 24H of Spa
For Iron Dames we supplied a fully branded, two-storey hospitality structure during the 24H of Spa, with a SIM race simulator upstairs and a fan and sales area downstairs.
For Iron Dames we built a two-storey hospitality structure in the paddock during the 24H of Spa. The units are fully branded in the recognisable pink corporate identity of Iron Dames, from the facade panels to the lettering, so the team stands out immediately among the other paddock structures on the circuit.
The structure consists of foldable units of 6 x 2.45 m, built in two levels with a roof terrace and an external staircase.
On the ground floor there was an open fan and sales area where clothing and merchandise were sold and where the drivers gave autographs. The upper floor was a furnished space with a SIM race simulator, plus a roof terrace with a balustrade for a view over the paddock. All panels were designed in the Iron Dames style, including the theme 'Women Driven by Dreams'.
Because the units are foldable, ten of them fit on one truck. That means fewer transport movements to the paddock and a fast build on site, exactly what is needed in the tight schedule of an event like the 24H of Spa. The two-storey set-up delivers extra square metres without extra ground surface, and the roof terrace gives the team its own high-visibility location.
The result is a paddock structure that is at once a public space, a sales point and an experience, and that firmly establishes the Iron Dames brand on the circuit.
