Foldable event structures for Queen & King of the Court in Hamburg

For Athvance Sports we built a cohesive set of foldable event structures around the central arena during Queen & King of the Court in Hamburg. From VIP hospitality to fan zone and backstage, all spaces were delivered, set up and fully branded.

What we built: double-decker hospitality at both ends of the stadium, with a roof terrace as a viewpoint over the court. A large fan zone structure with a sales area for drinks and food on the lower level. Several merchandise units for on-site sales. Backstage and production spaces for the organisation and crew.

Our units of 6 x 2.45 m fold together, allowing ten of them to fit on a single truck. That means fewer transport movements and a quick set-up on location. Practical on a busy sports site in the middle of the city, where space and time are limited.

All structures were used as brand activation. The branding of the event, Hamburg Active City and the partners involved featured clearly on the facades, the grandstand fronts and the stretch tents. This turned the arena into one recognisable whole.
