Foldable event structures for Queen & King of the Court in Hamburg
For Athvance Sports we delivered double-decker VIP hospitality, a fan zone with sales, merchandise units and backstage production spaces during Queen & King of the Court in Hamburg, all fully branded.
A complete event village around the beach volleyball court
For Athvance Sports we built a cohesive setup of foldable event structures around the central arena at Queen & King of the Court in Hamburg. From VIP hospitality to the fan zone and backstage: all spaces were delivered, built and fully branded.
What we built
Double-deck hospitality at both ends of the stadium, with a roof terrace offering a view over the court. A large fan zone structure with a sales space for drinks and food on the lower level. Several merchandise units for on-site sales. Backstage and production spaces for the organisation and crew.
Why foldable units
Our units measuring 6 x 2.45 m fold together, so ten fit on a single truck. That means fewer transport movements and quick on-site assembly. Ideal on a busy sports site in the heart of the city, where space and time are limited.
Fully branded
All structures were used for brand activation: the branding of the event, Hamburg Active City and the partners involved was clearly visible on the facades, the grandstand fronts and the stretch tents. This turned the arena into one recognisable whole.
